ShopDocs is a software service operated by ShopDocs LLC, based in Columbia, Missouri. We provide tools to help independent tire and auto repair shops manage their operations. By using ShopDocs, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately at hello@shopdocs.io if you believe your account has been compromised.
ShopDocs offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
ShopDocs is intended for use by automotive repair and tire shop professionals. You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to access systems you are not authorized to use, uploading harmful content, or using the service for any illegal purpose.
The content you create in ShopDocs — notes, shop settings, and documents — belongs to you. We store it to provide the service and do not sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
ShopDocs content, including AI-generated text, suggested documents, and repair guidance, is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mechanical, legal, financial, or business advice. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when making decisions that affect your shop, your employees, or your customers.
ShopDocs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of ShopDocs after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
