We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and want your data deleted, email us at hello@shopdocs.io and we will remove it within 30 days.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data — encrypted connections, access controls, and a reputable hosting provider. That said, no system is perfectly secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.
ShopDocs uses cookies and browser storage only to keep you logged in and to maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
